ICMTD : International Conference on Memory Technology and Design
The ICMTD (International Conference on Memory Technology and Design) conference was created in 2005.
The aim of this conference was to provide an international forum, located in Europe, for advanced memory development, covering all aspects from technology to applications. Furthermore ICMTD aimed to initiate and reinforce links between universities, institutes and industry in order to stimulate partnerships and new projects.
Two events were organised in Giens, south of France: the first in 2005 organized by L2MP (at present IM2NP, Marseille, France) and STMicroelectronics (Crolles, France). The second in 2007 was organized by IMEC (Leuven, Belgium) and L2MP (at present IM2NP, Marseille, France).
ICMTD and NVSMW (NonVolatile Semiconductor Memory Workshop) joined in 2008 to form the International Memory Workshop (IMW). You are welcome in the web site of this conference : www.ewh.ieee.org/soc/eds/imw
