What is FLA

FLA contains some usefull cgi-perl scripts. These scripts are fast and can be used if you need quickly logs informations. Of course FLA requires perl (I've tested these scripts with Perl 5.003 and the required CGI package).

• install: install FLA and LA.
• LAview: view and delete your statistics backups.
• CLFView: display useful statistics computed from the logs.

How to use FLA

install:

Edit install.pl and give the value of some constants. Launch installation with a command line like: perl install.pl

LAview

LAview displays your statistic backups. You can delete a statistic (you must implement del.pl).

CLFView

CFLView allows you to display statistics of a Common Log Format file.

Use CLFForm.html for your statistics parameters:

• first row: regexp for url selection. Warning: use perl5 regexp.
• second row: maximum urls of each page.
• third row: index of the first url.
• fourth row: index of the last url.

Just push the submit button and look at the statistics!

Of course you can give these parameters directly by modifying the query string of the cgi-script:

• i: index of the first url.
• e: index of the last url.
• r: the regexp.
• s: maximum urls of each html page.
