Preferences
Preferences can be set in the dialog box accessible from the window
menu. You can set the commands to start, stop an restart Apache and the
directory in which the configuration files will be generated. The start,
stop and restart commands are usually simple scripts which send signals to
httpd.
New
Reinitialize all options with their default values.
Open
Load a configuration from disk. A configuration file has an ADruid specific
format. It is NOT an Apache configuration file (httpd.conf, srm.conf...).
Save
Save the current configuration to disk. A configuration file has an ADruid
specific format. It is NOT an Apache configuration file (httpd.conf,
srm.conf...).
Apply
Generate Apache configuration files (httpd.conf, srm.conf...) in the
directory specified in the preferences dialog box. If the files already
exist, they are overwritten.
Restart
Execute the restart command specified in the preferences dialog box.
Start
Execute the start command specified in the preferences dialog box.
Stop
Execute the stop command specified in the preferences dialog box.
Enabling an option for Apply command
Each option has a check box which state determines whether it will be used
to generate the configuration files or not.
